Selection of parcels of Silex located at l'Orme au Loup, in the commune of Sancerre.
Vinified in acacia barrels, this wine combines character and delicacy. Wines from flinty soils are powerful and sometimes austere, but the ageing in acacia barrels brings roundness and finesse to this cuvée.
To be drunk during the meal, with dishes of character.
